Matures one to two weeks after Merlot, giving small bays resulting in a dark, powerful and tannic wine. Cabernet Sauvignon gives the wine its structure and strength. It is a vine, which gives a deep, intense color to the blend. In the mouth, tannins are very present with aromas of black fruit like black currant, licorice, Raspberry, spicy notes and then, with time, black plum and fineness. It provides a great guard; aging potential. After a few years of cellar, it will reveal all its complexity.
